How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, simply email us at info@thehouseofbrass.com with your order details.

Cancellation Conditions

• If your order hasn’t shipped yet: You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel it once it’s on its way. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for options after delivery.
